  3. Send the email to the email address provided by IGG. Enter the name of your support representative and your Ticket ID in the Subject line for the email.
  4. Click the Google Drive icon (triangular icon).
  5. Select the “Send Me To IGG.dmg” file you want to attach – Make sure to attach the encrypted “Send Me To IGG.dmg” file specifically, not your unencrypted Banktivity Document file.
  6. At the bottom of the page, decide how you want to send the file:
